Every batch undergoes strict multi-stage quality testing at our in-house facility. In addition, we welcome third-party pre-shipment inspections by independent agencies such as SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas at the port of loading.

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies depending on the product line. For agricultural exports (spices, rice, jute), our standard MOQ is typically 1 x 20ft Full Container Load (FCL). For trial orders or specialized trade items, Less Container Load (LCL) shipments can be arranged upon request.

We support all standard Incoterms 2020 including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), CFR (Cost & Freight), EXW (Ex Works), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) depending on customer preference.

Our ocean freight shipments originate primarily from the Port of Chittagong (BDCGP) and Mongla Port (BDMGL). Air freight shipments depart from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC) in Dhaka.

Q: What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) issued by first-class international banks, as well as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) wire transfer (30% advance deposit upon order confirmation, 70% against shipping bill of lading documents).
Q: How fast can I receive a Proforma Invoice (PI) or price quotation?
Once you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) via our website or email, our trade desk team will issue a detailed Proforma Invoice and freight breakdown within 12 to 24 hours.
